How do you ensure the freshness of baked goods during delivery?
All items are baked fresh daily. For delivery, we use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and moisture-wicking liners to ensure your pastries and breads arrive with the same texture and flavor as they have in our cafes.
What is the lead time for placing an order?
To ensure quality, we require a minimum lead time of 24 hours for standard bakery items. For custom cakes or large catering orders, please place your order at least 48 to 72 hours in advance.
Do you offer options for specific dietary restrictions?
Yes, we offer a curated selection of gluten-free, vegan, and sugar-free options. You can filter our menu by 'Dietary Needs' to find products that suit your lifestyle.
What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery with a photo of the items for a full refund or replacement.
Can I track my delivery in real-time?
Once your order leaves our kitchen, you will receive an SMS and email notification with a tracking link. You can follow our delivery partner's progress until they reach your doorstep.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For corporate accounts and large events, we can also facilitate bank transfers upon request.
